As the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette gets closer to the hands of future owners, the popular model is also turning 60 years old, on June 30 to be specific. With about 1.5 million Corvettes being produced since 1953, the American sports car is still going strong. Lexus' LF-NX mid-size crossover concept, which debuts next week in Frankfurt, explores the possibility of a future model in the carmaker's range that would take on the Range Rover Evoque and Audi Q3. The concept previews another evolution of the ‘L-finesse' design language and features angular design and a front that's dominated by the huge spindle grille as well as Lexus' signature front light arrangement. Like the Lexus IS, the arrow-shaped DRLs are separated from the headlamps, while the front corners separate the bumper from the front wings with a sharp vertical line.

All the talk of late about Ferrari Supercars has been on the replacement for the Enzo – the F70/FX70 – which we recently reported will feature a turbo V8 instead of a V12.
